Stress is a normal parameter in everybody’s life. It is increasingly becoming a major concern in modern societies. A total of 3144 students was participated, out of them 1671 are male and 1473 are female students, studying in High school to the University in Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh, India. The relation between stress and gender with reference to level of the education are examined. T-test and Duncan tests are carried out to explain the differences. The study found significant relation and concluded that males have a high degree of stress compared to female students. The study also pointed out that the problem of stress, decreasing with increasing level of education.
