Title

Cu(I) Catalysed Hydroamination reaction of 2-styryl Quinazoline-4(3H)-one & 4-Substituted 2-styryl Quinazoline

Abstract

The synthesis of novel Quinazoline heterocyclic compounds,through CuCl(I) catalysed hydroamination reaction. In which amines (nitrogen nucleophile) were successfully introduced on carbon -carbon double bond of 2-styryl Quinazoline. The newly synthesized compounds were screened for their biological activities.
