Methanol extract of Lantana camara L. was tested for antifeedant, toxicity effects and Gonado Somatic Indices against Pieris brassicae (Linn.). Antifeedent index increased with increasing concentration of methanol extract. At 5 % concentration, AFI was 60 % in the 3rd instar larvae and 51 % in the 4th instar larvae. 100 % mortality of larval stages was observed with increase in concentration of dose and application time. A decrease in overall body weight, weight of testes and ovaries, Female Fecundity Index (FFI) and Male Fecundity index (MFI) was also observed in methanol extract treated adults of P. brassicae in comparison to control group.
