India is a democratic state, having a parliamentary system of governance. Our constitution has witnessed trends and developments right from early nineties. It always strives to bring about equality encompassing in its ambit every individual with the development of new technology. The constitution not only provides legality to legislations but are created and interpreted by the courts. The Supreme Court, being the apex court has given unbiased decision till date. This paper outlines the chronological changes to the constitution and the recent trends in the development of the constitution of India. The author focuses on Article 300A stating that “No person to be deprived of his property save by authority of law” . In today’s scenario the word ‘Property’ includes intangible incorporeal property. The article discusses various cases laws depicting the various trends and development of the Constitutional laws. It gives an insight for business organization to adopt guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in order to have a control over their intellectual property. The author has adopted the doctoral form of research and framed certain conclusions. This article will benefit not only the law students but also the entrepreneurs as to build a strong team one must require a good knowledge of law.
