Abstract
Today’s wireless networks are characterized with the aid of a set spectrum project policy. However, a big part of the assigned spectrum is used sporadically and geographical variations in the utilization of assigned spectrum ranges from 15% to 85% with a excessive variance in time. The confined available spectrum and the inefficiency inside the spectrum usage necessitate a brand new conversation paradigm to take advantage of the present wireless spectrum opportunistically.
