Abstract
Abstract: Compensation management is the reward given to the employees for what work they have done. Compensation management is a systematic process of dealing with the basic pay, bonus, benefits and incentives paid to the employees by the employer in an organization. The compensation software packages should be able to handle the new types of benefits and make changes in the existing one. This paper focuses on different forms of compensation, it’s objectives and importance. It also explains the procedure of compensation planning. It also discusses about E-compensation, it’s benefits and challenges.
