EVALUATION OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICES QUALITY OF OLA CABS

Abstract

Taxi advertise in India is developing quickly with a ton of new contestants who run private taxi organizations separated from the current open taxi showcase. The open taxi advertise comprises of cabs that are clean and give security, while then again the cabs in the private taxi showcase are current alongside highlights like GPS, more solace and wellbeing. In last some years call taxies increase their business, especially in metropolitan cities, in every business main purpose of the business is to generate profit through customer satisfaction and service quality. Service quality should be matched with the customer expectations. This research study will us to know the satisfaction level of consumers. The information gathered through primary and secondary data and fed in SPSS programming.
