SEDITION "Sedition" does not happen in Section 124-An of the Indian Penal Code or in the Defense of India Rule. It is just found as a peripheral note to Section 124-An and isn't an agent part of the area yet simply gives the name by which the wrongdoing characterized in the segment will be known.
