Abstract
This paper throws an ample light on white collar crimes committed by police. Police is an essential part of society and its primary duty is to ensure safety of society and maintain law and order in society but today as every individual as well as every profession is in the grip of white collar criminality similarly police are also in the grip of white collar criminality. Various kinds of white collar crimes are committed by police such as bribery, fake encounters etc. Thus, strict laws are required to be enacted to deals with white collar criminals.
