Title

ANALYSIS OF IMMUNITY GENES USING RANDOM FOREST CLASSIFICATION ALGORITHM

Abstract

Medical data analysis in the healthcare organizations today is capable of generating and collecting large amounts of data. In this medical data analysis, Stem cell therapy is an exciting and active field of recent area of research. Stem cells are currently used in modern day medicine and can help in the treatment of many medical conditions through replacement and repair therapies. Human body is made-up of chromosomes and it has an important role in human body which carries genetic information. Also various responsibilities are there for each cell and this stem cell is a special cell that is located in a particular chromosome. In human body there are 23 pairs of chromosomes. The first 22 pairs are called autosomes which look exactly the same in both males and females. The 23rd pair of chromosomes is called an allosome and it is gender chromosome. Each chromosome has many genes. Identifying all the genes in each 22 pairs of chromosomes and clustering the genes are essential for stem cell transplantation. Chromosomes are made up of genes. Immune genes are the specialized genes which can be used in future by storing in special labs and it can be used to other people for transplantation process if they need. Donation of stem cells is the active area of research. This leads to finding a suitable donor for transplantation. This plays an important factor in data mining process. All the cells cannot be donated in transplantation process, finding a suitable cell in human body is the main research in medical field. As discussed, immune system cells are selected as the suitable cells located in specialized area in human body which can be utilized as special cells for Transplantation. This kind of transplantation is called as allogeneic transplantation. Data mining algorithm have a significant role in finding a suitable donor if all the data are processed properly and stored in big Data warehouse. So, Data mining process play a vital role in transplantation process and the entire Database can be easily utilized for finding a suitable donor. This research uses Random forest algorithm which is a new method for classifying the genes and helps the medical researchers to categorize all the chromosomes in each separate database. Then the immune chromosome database can be used for further processing to find a suitable donor for stem cell transplantation process.
