The researcher attempts to find out the influence of stress on occupational challenges among Tamilnadu public transport employees. Sample size was 100. Stratified random sampling technique of probability sampling method was used for the current research. One way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used for the data analysis. The analysis establishes that there is an important difference towards stress with respect to experience of the Tamilnadu public transport employees. Also the analysis originate that there is negatively influence of institutional stress, job related stress and colleagues and superiors related stress on occupational challenges among Tamilnadu public transport employees in Dindigul district. Hence, it is fulfilled that Tamilnadu public transport authorities should organize seminars and workshops to help the employees cope with the work stress and reduce the feeling of strain. Some of the topics to be suggested can be the joys of working together, discipline and importance of good health and positive attitude through different kinds of practices.
