Title

A Study on Employees perception towards Green HRM and its impact on Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract: Job Satisfaction plays a vital role in Human Resource Management. A satisfied employee performs his job more effectively and contributes towards organization performance. High job satisfaction leads to improved productivity, decreased turnover, and reduced absenteeism. Companies nowadays are giving importance to adopting Green Practices in all the functional areas including Human Resources Management to contribute towards Environmental Sustainability. Greening Human Resource functions would help organization in achieving sustainability through economic, social and environmental benefits. People would prefer to work for such Green companies. This research paper explores employees perception towards Green HR Practices and its impact on Job satisfaction.
