Performance of the organization is ought to be very essential for its survival and growth. The performance of the organization is examined through various factors like adaptability to change, Leadership style, Organizational culture, Organizational climate, work environment and many more. The present study aims at assessing the organizational performance based on the demographical classification. The latent variables used for assessing organizational performance were Leadership, Organizational culture and creativity. To carry out the study, the researcher has selected 100 respondents based on stratified simple random sampling technique who belonged to supervisory and middle level of the hierarchy working at Nestle India Limited, Nanjangud. The collected responses were then subjected to statistical analysis and descriptive statistics and one way ANOVA were used as the tools. From the data analyzed, it was concluded that there exists significant differences in organizational performance based on the demographical classification of age, education qualification and experience.
