Cloud computing is a resource provisioning mechanism, which represents a convenient way for users to access different computing resources. It is quickly becoming the platform of choice for many web services and virtualization is the key underlying technology enabling cloud providers to host services for a large number of customers. A cloud must provide services to many users at the same time and different users have different QoS requirements. Here in this paper we proposed a cost-efficient data hosting scheme with high availability in heterogeneous multi-cloud, named broker. We also present a VM security framework.
