Title

BLACK HOLE THERMODYNAMICS: THEORETICAL INSIGHTS AND OBSERVATIONAL IMPLICATIONS

Abstract

Black hole thermodynamics, an area merging general relativity and quantum theory, offers profound insights into the nature of black holes. This paper reviews the foundational theoretical framework of black hole thermodynamics, including the laws of black hole mechanics, Hawking radiation, and black hole entropy. It then explores the observational techniques used to probe these concepts, such as the Event Horizon Telescope and gravitational wave detectors. By examining the current state of observational evidence and the challenges faced, the paper highlights how these observations test and refine our theoretical understanding of black holes. Additionally, it addresses the implications for related fields, including quantum gravity and astrophysics, while outlining future research directions to further explore this intriguing area of study.
