The study entitled “EVALUATION OF TOTAL QUALITY WORK LIFE OF THE EMPLOYEES IN SHIVA’S INDUSTRIAL CATERERS LTD” has been carried out at SHIVA’S INDUSTRIAL CATERERS LTD. This is based on the employee’s survey through questionnaires as well as personal interview in this company. The objective behind this Paper is to evaluate the total quality of work life of employees and to find the parameters that will increase the quality of work life of them in this company. It also draws the attention of knowing the opinion of the employees about the policies of the company. This study will help the organization to identify the area of job dissatisfaction for the employees and it will help the organization for conducting further research. The study consist sample size of 200 employees in the various departments and has been collected through structured questionnaire method.
