Title

A Cry for Peace in BTAD: A Theoretical Perspective

Abstract

Conflict is an unending social phenomenon which can never be discarded without experiencing the situation of both of the taste. Present situation of the BTAD has been experienced since the long back where the ABSU, NDFB, and other associated groups are demanding for their legitimate rights under the Indian Constitution for the establishment of their peaceful and stable society. The power of giving justice, looking towards the potentiality of the demanding groups is all about speaking the peace and conflict. The demand of separate state by ABSU with a democratic means or non-violently or without harming physically any one is constitutional. These all are nothing but the efforts of the groups to make the better society rather than the existing system. The movement in the BTAD area the demand for the separate state through peaceful dialogue with the Government for the permanent settlement of the peace and harmony in the proposed area without any violent. The cease fire of NDFB in 2005 is one of the most significant steps to have a peaceful dialogue with the government of India under the banner of Indian Constitution. Peace and conflict are directly related to the protection and promotion of the human rights. It is necessary to look into the matter of the fact that, the failure of the establishment of the peace may leads to the success of the conflict which may be harmful to any society and the violation of human rights in the state.
