Title

EMPLOYEES ENGAGEMENT IN SOFTWARE SOLUTION

Abstract

The paper titled “EMPLOYEES ENGAGEMENT IN SOFTWARE SOLUTION, MADURAI” contributes to know the clear ideas about the employee commitment towards their job and the factors governing their full involvement in doing their work. Management’s basic job is the effective utilization of human resources for achievements of organizational objectives. Employee engagement is the level of commitment and involvement an employee has towards their organization and its values. To conduct this study a sample of 172 respondents from among 312 employees were chosen using Stratified random sampling method from the employees in Victory Software Solution With the help of the structured questionnaire primary data were obtained and through statistical tools like Percentage Analysis, Weighted Average Method, Henry Garret Ranking technique, Chi-Square, coefficient of variance, Correlation analysis, Kruskal Wallis Test and Friedman Test the collected data were analyzed. From the study, it was concluded that the various factors and procedure followed are making the employee to actively engage in Software Solution. The study on employee engagement highlighted so many factors which will help to engage the employees. The study was conduct among the employees and collected information through structured questionnaire. The Work Environment and Pay & Benefits really play a major role in engaging the employees of the organization. It is a major factor that makes an employee feels good in his work and results in his satisfaction too.
