In current time, where everyone focusses on security of their personal message, data, online transactions, application due to rising of uses of internet in daily life. Because of this providing best security features in wireless network is prime for everyone. Cryptographic function plays a main role to give security to a wireless network. It prevents from any third party other than sender and receiver to simply read or change the original message. This work gives brief and accurate description between three most important block cipher symmetric key encryption algorithms: AES, DES and BLOWFISH applied on 2 different Data SD and HD data with 300 KB to 5 MB. We have implemented all these 3 encryption standards in network simulator (ns2.34) with some performance parameters under two different nodes of MANET environment to find out which one is best encryption algorithm than other.
