EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS FOR COMPOUND HEAT TRANSFER ENHANCEMENT IN VCR SYSTEM BY INSERTING HELICAL COILED WIRE IN CORRUGATED CONDENSER TUBE

Abstract

Most of refrigeration systems work on vapor compression refrigeration system. The refrigeration system consists of compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator. The performance of the system depends upon the system by increasing the heat transfer rate using corrugated condenser tube with helical coiled wire made up of copper inserted in it.

Key Words

Compound heat transfer enhancement, spiral flow, formation of eddies, swirl flow, mass flow rate, coefficient of performance.
