Guaranteeing sufficient progression of credit to agriculture and micro, small and medium enterprises has been an arrangement pushed to accomplish the goal of unending and widely inclusive economic growth. These effectively add to a social wellbeing net and shield the general population from monetary stuns. In spite of seeing significant advancement in money related area changes in India it is crippling to take note of that almost 50% of the rustic families even today don't have any entrance to any wellspring of assets. Also, the individuals who are under the bank-overlap either formal or casual source are obligated to the moneylenders who frequent as long as they can remember. It is in this setting the present paper has been readied. The present paper centers around the entrance and utilization of bank credit by horticulture and MSME borrowers in people in general and private part banks in Kerala. It evaluates whether the agribusiness and MSME borrowers of the general population and private part banks could get appropriate mindfulness and access to credit and furthermore whether they use it appropriately.
