The present study deals with the quantitave anyalitical determination of Sucralfate and Metoprolol Succinate by various spectro photometric method. Determination of micromeritic properties of the pure drugs,Sprectal anyalysis through UV Spectrophotometer, Identification of pure drugs by FTIR study and Differential Scaning Colorimetry of pure drugs.Micromeritic property of Sucralfate and Metoprolol Succinate shows both the drugs produce better flow properties. In case of Sucralfate the λmax was found to be 281 nm and the calibration curve produce R2 = 0.9999 in 0.1NHCL at 281nm and in case of Metoprolol Succinate λmax was found to be 233 nm and the calibration curve produce R2 = 0.999 in 0.1NHCL at 233 nm. The FTIR study of both drugs does not make change more differentiation between Characteristic peak and observed peak. The DSC study shows the Sucralfate and exothermic decomposition was seen in between 200-250°C and . Metoprol succinate and exothermic decomposition was seen in between 138.28-144.11°C. The quantitave anyalitical determination of Sucralfate and Metoprolol Succinate by various spectro photometric method produce better result and the purity of Drugs
