This paper deals with increasing the Strength of steel structures under cycle load. For the purpose of strengthening of nominal rolled I section the various types of wrapping can be adopted. One of the most important parameter to determine the strength is the stiffness and that can be determined from flexural test (two point loading system ) and the comparative study of nominal hot rolled steel section, skin wrapping done over the throughout the section by carbon fiber polymer, carbon fiber polymer u-wrapping done by web of rolled steel section is sandwiched with waste gypsum boards make as an rectangular steel section to evaluate the stiffness variation from existing Nominal I section.
