As there if fastest growing of mobile network, bandwidth and frequency ranges in mobile nodes presents the QoS for routing in Mobile Ad- hoc Networks a challenging target. In all of these aspects of Quality of Services Security is an important aspect of providing existence to destructive nodes that represents all types of threats to MANETs. Numbers of methods has been proposing for security of MANETs, most of the analyses are only affective when a particular type of attacks provides security. In this research article, we are presenting a trust-based process Quality of Service method by adding social and Quality of Trust also. We also have a simulating tool in form of Network Simulator (NS2) and in different-different situation showing that how the combining and Quality of Service simulating parameters that include Throughput, PDR and E2E Delay.
