Personal health records are broadly considered as means by which an individual’s personal health information can be collected, stored, and used for diverse health management purposes. Personal health information will be stored at the third party, such as cloud platforms. However there could be privacy issues if disclosed to third party servers and uncertified users. The Security mechanism is to protect the personal information from public domain access. It should be encrypted and protected before sharing to Cloud to maintain the patients control over access to their PHR. The new patient centralized module and a suite of data access mechanism to control PHRs stored in semi-trusted servers cloud. The Proposed scheme supports efficient on-demand user, attribute revocation under emergency scenarios. Users in the proposed system are defined in Access Control List Module where, different types of access granted to various users. The forward and backward access control is also implemented in the proposed scheme. The methodology use El-Gamal coding and proxy re-encryption to ensure the PHR confidentiality. Experimental results and performance results in the proposed system establish that the proposed scheme is efficient in terms of security and privacy. Setup and Encryption Server semi- trusted server is used.
