Title

CFD ANALYSIS OF ROCKET NOZZLE WITH VARIOUS ANGLE OF DIVERGENCE USING ANSYS-FLUENT SOFTWARE

Abstract

The main objective is to analyze a C-D nozzle to understand the phenomena of various design conditions with divergent angles 5°,10°, 15°, 20° by Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) The target of this paper is to concentrates at the variety of parameters like velocity, Total pressure, turbulence intensity, and all-out temperature in the four different divergent angle of the nozzles, CFD methodology is implemented in the ANSYS-Fluent Software with K-Epsilon Turbulence equations, and get the results of increase in divergent angle the performance of the nozzle is increased.
