Cloud computing is one of today's most exciting technology. With the fast growing of different technologies, cloud computing is becoming quite popular among different enterprises and organizations because of its cost-reducing, flexibility, and scalability. Cloud computing is a resource provisioning mechanism, which correspond to a expedient way for users to access different computing resources. In evaluating whether to move to cloud infrastructure, it is important to compare benefits and also risks of it. Today it is quickly becoming the platform of choice for many web services and virtualization is the key underlying technology enabling cloud providers to host services for a large number of customers. A cloud must make available services to many users at the same time and different users have different QoS requirements. Currently, cloud services are a bit expensive, but a good number of enterprises and individuals can be attracted to the cloud computing by providing the low cost cloud services. In a fast growing of different cloud vendor market, provision of low cost cloud services is a difficult task for the cloud vendors. Here in this paper we proposed a novel cost-efficient data hosting scheme with high availability in heterogeneous multi-cloud, named broker. We also present a virtual environment where the application is hosted.
