The cloud computing has the distributed nature in which data is stored on the multiple virtual servers. The clients from different regions interact with cloud service provide to access data from virtual servers. In this paper the services constituting the cloud architecture & deployment models all examined and the main factors in providing security is considered in detail. It is proposed in the paper that use of watermarking technique using GLCM and PCA method will improve the security of stored data and it would be very effective in securing information.
