Title

An Experimental Study on Single Axis Solar Tracking System

Abstract

Extraction of maximum amount of energy from renewable resources is the need of the hour. Solar energy and wind energy are the two leading sources of renewable energy. Solar panel gives maximum output when the rays of the sun falls perpendicularly on the surface of the solar panel. This can be achieved with the help of automation. The components used to achieve this includes, Arduino Uno, light dependent resistor and a servo motor. In this study, the solar power output of fixed solar is compared with the solar power output of tracking system.
