Title

Hybrid Technique (AES-ECC) Used to Improve Network Performance in Mobile Ad Hoc Network

Abstract

Mobile ad-hoc networks (MANET) and wireless sensor networks are the main applications of wireless networks. With the use of mobile nodes, a new technology which can go independently with the use of low- MANET wireless environment, hardware removal, and industrial applications and network performance, can increase networks and secure wireless networks and malicious users are. Exploding MANETS connecting to MANET, there is no access between any link nodes at any time. IDS techniques are used to detect malicious nodes. In the existing work, the hybrid method is used to encrypt the data during the transmission. DES and RSA techniques are used in previous work. To overcome the existing issue, the proposed work has been explained. In the proposed work, we used the Hybrid method (AES and ECC) for the encryption of the data. The source node calculates the distance of each path using Round Trip Time (RTT) and transmits the data which has minimum RTT value. But before sending the data, it encrypts the data using AES and ECC to protect it from the malicious nodes. This method improves the network presentation as well as increase the security of the network. This is shown in Network Simulator (NS2) imitation, which showed that our job is better than the current job. With our proposed implementation, the performance of the network has improved through throughput, packet distribution ratio, and packet drop.
