Title

Analysis of Effect of Coating Materials on Dynamic Properties of Structure

Abstract

This study has been undertaken to investigate the effect of coating materials on natural frequency and damping factor of cantilever beam. Two types of coatings are implemented sandwich layer coating and free layer coating. Different types of rubbers are used as coating materials with their thickness variation. ANSYS workbench 18 is used for analytical work whereas DeweFRF software alongwith Dewe43 hardware is used for experimental work.
