Project scheduling is a mechanism to communicate what tasks need to get done and which organizational resources will be allocated to complete those tasks in what timeframe. A project schedule is a document collecting all the work needed to deliver the project on time. This paper aims to make the most of the available resources as stable as possible to maximize their deployment. Also check the contractor's timeline to verify the match between all contractors, from the end of one subproject to the beginning of another subproject. Control is a basic activity that details a series of actions to be performed and prepared documentation to ensure everything goes as planned. Excel explored the Pie chart to make it easy to visualize under the architectural project.
