The Internet has dramatically changed the way people interact and information has become more available. The development of information technology has made a tremendous contribution to the world but it also created a space for more criminal activities known as “Cyber Crime”. This paper reviewed the literature on the growth of Cyber-crime and view the context of Mizoram and Cyber-crime related and found out the need for more in-depth research due to the lack of resources available on Mizoram scenario on internet, users and cyber-crime and the need for policies of cyber safety and security.
