Title

NOTA: As a game changing device in Indian elections

Abstract

NOTA needs to be explored further with elaborate statistical and ethanographic analysis. So far, NOTA is used an instrument of protest. This electoral option will become meaningful means of negative voting only if it becomes a ‘right to reject’ rather than being a symbolic instrument to express resentment as it is now.
