Title

Impact of Changing Role of Teacher on Empowering Students in Present Higher Education Scenario - A Selective Study

Abstract

Abstract: Education is most powerful weapon to change the world. It is a continuous process to make students to learn and acquire character, knowledge, skills, and attitude. Through this process of education student would able to build a way to develop themselves & Country too. This empowerment process makes an individual to attain rightful status. In this regard the role of the teacher mainly contributes towards student learning. This entails the teacher empowering themselves with the right knowledge, skills, attitudes and be ready to challenges and demands, and needs of the modern society. The major portion of this article deal with how paradigm shift on the role of the teacher in higher education system in 21st century. A survey is conducted in Prakasam dt, Andra Pradesh. Shapiro Test is used to test the normality of the data., percentage analysis is used are used for analyzing to impact of the changing of faculty on empowering student.
