: Six different naphthyridine systems namely 1, 5-Naphthyridine (1) 1, 6- Naphthyridine (2) 1, 7-Naphthyridine (3) 1, 8-Naphthyridine (4) 2,6-Naphthyridine (5) and 2, 7-Naphthyridine (6) .Here In this research we were taken to develop some substituted 1, 7-Naphthyridine derivatives ,explaines clearly procedure to develop derivatives.such as 1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-3-oxy-6-methoxy-l,7-naphthyridin-2-one (7), 6-Methoxy- 1,7-naphthyridin-2 ( 1 H )- one (8) , 2-Chloro-6-methoxy-l,7-naphthyridine (9). Infact , This naphthyridine derivative attracts the researchers due to its exceptionally broad spectrum biological activities. They are employed for the therapy and diagnostics of diseases in humans counting AIDS; for combating both the endo- and exo-parasites in agriculture and breeding ofcattle; as ingredients and preservatives of cutting fluids, as ligands in analytical chemistry, etc.
