In this paper has focused employment programmes and its impact of employment generate in rural India. There has been completed many employment programmes in India such as: self and wage employment programmes. Periods of the employment programmes since 1962 (Rural Industrialization) to 2009 (MGNREGA) is playing role for generate the employment but there is no highly impact for develop creativity of employment in rural areas. MGNREGA is effective programme but not significant for create the employment in rural persons. This is reason that Central Government has released large amount (fund) under MGNREGA Act. Therefore, it will become effective in between all employment programmes since 1962 to 2009 till now.
