This paper deliberates sexual harassment issue against ladies and the laws that Indian Government passed like Sexual Harassment against Women and transgender people in Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Still, health associations and communal welfare have far away to go in interpreting offered legislation into policies that can specifically talk the communal misery of both women and transgender community.
