Abstract Socio-Economic status of elderly women in Mother Old Age Home Now a day’s subject of elderly’s living standard is a matter of concern. Whether it is developed or developing country, people of above 60 s are facing lots of problem and living a stressful life in lieu of graceful ageing. Although both the male and female above the age 60s are in trouble but problems of female elderly have to be tackled in different way because most of the female have not any earning source though day have to give all their time in rearing and bearing the children and managing the household activities. In the later part of life, these women elderly will have to depend on their children and in sometimes this become a major issue of elderly abuse which affect the social life.
