Title

MODELING AND SIMULATION OF AGRICULTURE CULTIVATOR

Abstract

The application of CAD/CAM in style improvement of agricultural cultivator on the idea of finite part methodology and simulation methodology is completed by victimization UG-software for the structural analysis. The load and strength of agricultural cultivator a compromising is needed within the productivity of soils. There square measure chiefly 3 completely different soils red soils, loam soils and black soils square measure gift in our areas. The soil conditions were taken to model a much better cultivator tool section in tractor-implement systems. These fastened plates don't seem to be desirable if any modifications within the fields or crop lands. Because, whereas seeding the dimension of plantation isn't fastened, thus this cause higher price of cultivation throughout prehearing periods. Hence, Modifications square measure needed within the existing cultivator for creating flexibilities wide of the tools between them. and choose hollow section for reducing the overall weight of cultivator to boost fuel economy. In my modal four variety of forged iron hollow rectangular sections for tool, having length 500 mm and thickness 10 mm. The tools were fastened one is to back frame and alternative is to front frame with 2 plates by nut and bolt joints, whereas the 2 middle locations were fastened with a few of plates orientating on same directions with angle of inclinations to the frame base. The widths in between the tools were varied and total length of the cultivator is 850 mm, fastened frame is forged iron material for improvement the price parameter. Ductile forged iron and malleable cast iron was chosen for higher in failure predictions, Though it’s strength isn't enough compared to steels however, this materials square measure higher within the black and soil sands that don't seem to be enough stiff in high layers. The seed and chemical tubes were additionally fastened in such how that the changed section implements such facilities to farmers.
