Effective targeted drug delivery system is complex process. It have been dream for a century because of its complex chemistry and structure. With the use of this Nanosponges technique the frustration of targeted drug delivery system and target specificity become moreeasier and possibility for more new inventions. These are tiny sponges in size less than 1micronmeter. These Nanosponges circulate inside the body until they encounter the specific target site. When Nanosponges reach the target site, it sticks on surface of target site and stop circulating inside the body. One of the other important character of nanosponges is aqueous solubility, this aqueous solubility help to increase the solubility of poor soluble drugs.
