ABSTRACT Background and purpose :  Lateral epicondylitis ( Tennis elbow ) is a common entity. The aim of the study is “TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ULTRASOUND AND DIAMOND TAPING TECHNIQUE VERSUS ULTRASOUND AND DEEP FRICTION MASSAGE IN PATIENTS WITH TENNIS ELBOW” Methods :  A group of 30 subjects were taken for the study and randomly assigned into two groups ( Group A and Group B ).  Group A (15) Diamond taping technique and ultrasound.  Group B (15) Deep transverse friction massage and ultrasound. Results :  Both groups A and B, the outcome measures are VAS and ROM with goniometer.  The baseline measurements are compared to the data at the end of 10 sessions and after three weeks.
