India is a developing country, students can prove themselves very helpful in the noble work of nation’s development. The students are the future citizens of the country can play a vital role in nation building. Encouraging them to build themselves by achieving their own goals and directing them can lead to success. Leadership’s important function is to produce movement and constructive or adaptive change through processes, such as establishing direction through visioning, aligning people, motivating and inspiring. So it is important to motivate and providing training to students to achieve their goals. This study is focused on students leadership qualities and its measurement.
