This study made an attempt to know the various service offered by the stock broking firms and the satisfaction level of investors in Chennai city. Investors are ready to take risk for earning high return. The investors not only interested in investment but also they are analyzing various activities stock broking firms such as performance of broking firms, various product offered by them, services provided by them etc., for this study questionnaire were collecting from 120 respondents by using convenient sampling method.
