Title

The Impact of Satisfaction level on Employee Performance in Axis Bank with Special reference to Agra District of Uttar Pradesh

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to study the impact of satisfaction on employee performance. The paper attempts to study the attitude of employees towards their work, safety at work and the management of their working life. The paper analyzes the opportunities to use the skills and abilities and commitment to a long-term career in the bank. The employees of Axis Bank of Agra have been taken to study their satisfaction and their impact on their performance. A structured questionnaire was used to collect primary data from 25 employees of Axis Agra Branch. Secondary data was collected from articles, magazines and from the web. It was discovered that the employees of Axis Bank Agra are satisfied and this has had a positive impact on the performance of their employees.
