Due to limited availability of natural resources and growth of usage of renewable energy sources have made the need of alternate energy source to fulfill the requirement of huge amount of energy for growing population in the world. The alternate energy source is PV based solar system and this is controlled using inverter. In this paper we propose a grid connected single phase inverter without transformer for controlling the operation of two PV arrays under different atmospheric conditions. The proposed system is designed using MATLAB SIMULINK and the performance of system is analyzed. An analysis result shows that the efficiency of proposed systems is improved and size is reduced.
