NDN is a network architecture which is based on named data. The consumer requests any data by sending an Interest packet that contains the name of the data. The producer returns the data by sending a Data packet. The delivery of packets to hosts is identified by IP addresses. This Network communication model is changed by NDN architecture through the accessing of named and secured data packets. Digital signatures ae used for authenticating all data packets. Public key management is critical in NDN. In this paper, discussing about the security side of the NDN and public key management. Also, Blockchain is one of the best technology for security protection. So, NDN also uses Blockchain for the key management, identifier management and solution for security attacks in NDN of things. The identifier can be safely stored and managed through such an identifier spilt management technique by Blockchain. This paper explains about some basic security related information in NDN. Discussing about the proposed endorsement trust model in ChronoChat. And also about the NDN of Things.
