The children are the future of the nation, hence it is our responsibility to more attentive towards their requirements and also give them access to a wide range of opportunities for their all round development. It is the right of every child to live a dignified life. The family of child with the encouraging and happy atmosphere plays very important role for his/her physical, psychological and social wellbeing. The children residing with their incarcerated mothers in jails are out of sight to the outside world. They are living a life similar to orphans having no childhood and parental affection. The vulnerable atmosphere of prison leads these children into person of low self esteem and problematic behavior. These guiltless children have incarcerated childhood.
