All pre- treatment is done naturally using Natural process (Scouring and Bleaching). The dyeing solutions were extracted from eucalyptus and neem leaf. The eucalyptus and neem leaf dyeing were applied on cotton yarn. Then the dyed yarn is converted into fabric by weaving method. Thus the fabric is completely an eco-friendly product and the residues cause no harm and they are renewable resources. After finishing the fabric proved anti-bacterial and anti- microbial activity and feel cool, comfortable for the end uses. The finished fabrics were constructed as SURGICAL GOWNS, MASK, CAP and BED LINEN & PILLOW COVER. They were used in the hospital by the fabrics are good. After the finishing the sample were subjected to visual evaluation and laboratory test. The visual evaluation test included aspects like general appearance, brightness of color, texture and luster. The laboratory tests included fabric weight, thickness, tensile strength, color fastness, water absorbency test. The finishing sample were subjected to anti- bacterial test and proved that both the fabric are equally good in their results.
