In the present work, natural fibre sisal/banana hybrid composite reinforced polyester composites were processed by hand lay-up, film stacking and vacuum bagging method. Composite laminates were fabricated by using different stacking sequence; each laminate consists of five plies of fabrics and resin mixture to achieve 3 mm thickness. The specimens are prepared according to ASTM standard; the mechanical properties of different composite laminate were tested and compared. Impact and hardness test were carried out on these laminates. It was absorbed that maximum impact strength absorbed in laminate 4 and maximum hardness observed in laminate 4.
